The Chicago Ambulance Alliance (CAA) app lets you set up non-emergency medical transportation services,  schedule CPR classes, take our patient survey, utilize our user-friendly healthcare provider directory, view our critical care capabilities & EMS regional SMOs, and request quotes for special events.  

The Chicago Ambulance Alliance consists of ambulance and other healthcare transportation providers serving the greater Chicagoland area as ATI Ambulance, Trace Ambulance, Vandenberg Ambulance and SNT Medicare. 

DO NOT USE THIS APP IN PLACE OF 911.  Non-emergency transports only.
